Coffee Roaster Re-Design

In this project, I explored structural packaging design by selecting an existing product and deconstructing its physical packaging to analyze its construction. I carefully took apart the original package to study the dieline, then recreated it digitally with accurate fold lines, cut lines, and production-ready specifications.

After finalizing the dieline blueprint, I modified the packaging and made small adjustments to visual elements to create a finalized and polished look, then built a full-scale replica of the box to test structure, fit, and aesthetic impact. This assignment emphasized precision, reverse engineering, and real-world application of packaging design principles.
